No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or statistics services, and builds no usage profiles. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts, images, and videos are served from our own server. No content is loaded from third-party servers, so no unnoticed connection to third parties occurs.
Server logs
When the website is accessed, technical details are logged on the hosting provider’s server: IP address, time, address requested, browser type transmitted, and the previously visited page. These logs serve operation and security, are not combined with other data, and are deleted after a short period. Hosting provider: Hostfactory, Schweiz.
Newsletter
For the newsletter, only the email address is collected. It is used to send invitations and announcements, and for no other purpose.
Delivery runs through Mailjet (Mailjet SAS, 13-13 bis rue de l’Aubépine, 92160 Antony, France), a service of the Sinch group. Addresses are stored on servers within the European Union, where the Swiss Federal Council considers data protection to be adequate.
Sign-up can be withdrawn at any time — through the unsubscribe link in every message or by informal email. After unsubscribing, the address is deleted.
Contact by email
Anyone who writes to us — for instance with an artist application — transmits their name, email address, and the content of the message. We use these details to reply and keep them for as long as the matter requires.
Your rights
You may at any time ask whether and which data we process about you, and request its correction or deletion. An informal email is enough. If a request remains unresolved, you may turn to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
This notice applies in its published version. If the operation of the website changes — for instance through an online shop — it will be updated.
